The initial objective in the development of the Healthcare Contract Management System was addressing Government regulations regarding contract management and fiduciary oversight per the Stark ruling. We set out looking for a methodology that would employ standard technologies in the most advantageous way for our clients. During development, it became quickly apparent that the system was addressing concerns seen by all healthcare providers and had additional functionality in areas not initially considered.
